Bladder Meridian (BL)
Following the Bladder Meridian on the Back view of the charts you will find that there is an area over the scapula where the left arm is lowered. It has been made somewhat translucent in the drawing, indicating that the meridian is occluded as it runs underneath the scapula, next to the spinus erectus muscle.

It is still present in the body of course but the position of the arm means that those points could not be accessed because the scapula covers that part of the meridian.
